Mom's condo is now on the market since we have moved her to assisted living. This is a nice condo in the Cloisters of Rockford. It is a controlled access building with a centrally located all season swimming pool and underground parking. Mom's condo is on the top floor and has a balcony, two bedrooms, two baths, built in almost new washer/dryer combo (although there is a public laundry room down the hall), full kitchen, and a dining room/living room combo. As a condo association the dues are $350 per month which includes heat, cable T.V., building and grounds maintenance, and the other normal condo association items. Taxes are around $1,800 per year. The listing is for $78,900 and of course we want to move it quickly since she is now paying for both the condo and the assisted living facility.
