A little more on the recycling issue

Some will choose not to use the grey recycling bins and if so the number to call is 815-874-8431. You will be told they will fill out a work order and pick them up. You will also be asked to leave them by your garage or an easily accessible place. Public Safety will not be writing citations for leaving these cans in a visible area due to the extenuating circumstances. Citations will still be written for visible garbage containers that you have been using all along. Just a heads-up on the situation.
