A good thought, but it will not work

A few months ago I made the statement I intended to make this year's election of board officers a true election by having at least two members nominated for each position. I find it isn't feasible. Some board members do not want anything more than a board seat due to the time involved in some officer positions as well as other considerations. I can't nominate members who flat out don't want a position or want only one of the available posts. Some posts may still have more than one nomination but it can not be all encompassing.
