The Boone County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting early Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, in Candlewick Lake, a gated community in unincorporated Boone County north of Belvidere. Police responded about 2 a.m. to a home on Prince Court and found two shooting victims.
