As seems to be so often the case, a government agency came out with some horrifying statistics according to a news report I was listening to. The agency said the fastest growing group of new HIV cases is in the 13 to 24 year age group and the majority do not know they are infected.
Can anyone explain how our government knows how many young people are infected when those infected do not know they are? Our government knows who is infected before those infected find out? Come on!!!!
