Budget hearing is over

 Those attending could be counted on less than two hands excluding board members. I feel free now to announce the dues increase for next year will be $5.00. That is not per month, that is total and I am very proud your management and board have been able to once again minimize the financial impact on your families. The increase is less than one half of one percent.
