A picture sent to me

A concerned resident was kind enough to send me this picture of pumping by the AQUA plant. I immediately went to the area and what they were pumping was fresh rainwater from a collection point. He showed me he was not in the manhole cover for sewer. Thanks to the alert resident for staying on top of this for all of us.  Ken

Just as a side note, when I arrived Public Safety was already there checking on it as well so they were on top of the situaion
