Candlewick Lake Public Safety
WEEKLY REPORT
Week Ending 11/3/2014
Rescue Calls
Public Safety responded to eleven (11) medical calls this past week. Nine (9) of these people were transported to the hospital.
Neighbor Dispute
Public Safety responded to a neighbor dispute on Queens Place. The Public Safety Department was able to assist in calming the situation.
Gate Strikes
Public Safety responded to the West Gate for a gate strike. Upon arrival, the Officer met the resident and we were fortunate there was minimal damage.
Animal Related
Public Safety responded to a residence for an animal problem. The animal was a baby raccoon. With the assistance of animal control, the little critter was picked up and taken away.
The Public Safety Department took a report of one dog attacking another dog. After the dogs were separated, the victim took his dog inside their home. During this time an unknown female arrived and took custody of the attacking dog. Upon Public Safety’s arrival the woman and her dog were unable to be located. The victim was unsure of their identity.
Halloween
Halloween night came and went with no substantial incidents. We suspect the inclement weather was a factor.
Lake Patrol
The Lake Patrol has concluded their patrol season. The patrol boats have been removed from CWL.
