WEEKLY REPORT
Week Ending 6-1-15
Rescue Calls
Public Safety responded to one (1) medical call this past week. This for a battery victim. There was no transport to the hospital.
Vandalism
Damage to a mailbox in the 2000 blk. of CWD.
Damage to a mailbox in the 100 blk. of Staffordshire Dr.
Damage to a mailbox in the 100 blk. of Columbia
We have had several more instances of mailboxes being damaged in the past few days. There appears to be a group of youths doing these acts of vandalism. We are seeking your assistance. If you observe anyone touching various mailboxes when and where they should not, please call Public Safety. We will respond ASAP.

Suspicious Person / Attempted Burglary
Suspicious persons were observed attempting to enter vehicles in the 200 blk. of Marquette. Officers searched the area, locating the suspects. The suspects were on foot and immediately fled the area. The BCSO canine could not pick up a scent in this instance.
We have had two (2) other instances of youths wearing dark jeans and hoodies walking several neighborhoods.
Please remember to lock your vehicles and not leave anything of value inside the car.
Loose Dog / Barking Call
Public Safety responded to three (3) dog calls this past week. We would appreciate your cooperation in keeping your pets from barking continually.
Lake Report
During a rain/wind storm a boat came loose from its dock. This boat struck another boat, causing some minor damage. Our Lake Patrol assisted in retrieving the loose boat and returning it to the owner.
Please pay particular attention to tying up your boat(s). Wind storms do come up unexpectedly. It is always wise to be prepared.
