On August 5th and 8th 2016, there will be designated areas of the lake chemically treated for a certain type of weed (Eurasian WaterMilfoil).
The following restrictions should be noted if using water from the lake:
No irrigation for grass or flowers for 7 days.
No irrigation for food crop (vegetable gardens) for 7 days.
***There is no restriction for fishing and swimming.No irrigation for grass or flowers for 7 days.

***This does not affect your water supplied by Aqua Illinois.
