Lake Management voted (wisely in my opinion) unanimously to recommend to the board no change to the restrictions regarding the dam. In other words no admittance to the dam.
The algae being seen in the area of the dip will be sprayed Wednesday. This is not dangerous, but unsightly and has something to do with lake turnover, bringing the warmer bottom water to the top. A new alert system is being prepared for this coming summer to keep residents advised through signage of the condition of the lake.
