Karl Steiskal's position on video gambling

I too have some mixed feelings for gambling at Savanna Oaks. If it is legal people will go where they can to play. Some will play for the fun and spend only money that they can afford to loose, others not so much. However if they are going to gamble,they will do so were it is legal. If the machines can be kept at nickel/dime and can be controlled I guess any new money to help the golf course out is welcome.Before we say no, we must give it a fair chance. I thought our health club going all inclusive would have been a bad idea but it has worked out .So I say try it in a controlled way and give it a shot. If it does not seem to work, lets kill the idea and move on. Respectfully Karl F. Steiskal
