Tom Pinkowski sr. and Tom Dawson

Hi Ken,

This morning when I exited the back gate on Dawson Lake, myself and a oncoming pickup had to stop on Dawson Lake road because Officer Tom was in the middle of the road stopping traffic.

After chasing him around the truck, I had to explain to him that he has no authority when off Candlewick property. When I left, he was walking back into Candlewick at the gate.
