Something I failed to mention

When I wrote the post about the $32 dues increase I really should have mentioned again in order to be fair, this is the first increase in years and actually the board returned $130 to the P.O.s in the form of a dues credit a couple years ago. The dues in total for the last four or so years would actually show a decrease in total assessments but I still really dislike raising them ever.  Ken
