We need 467 P.O.s in order to conduct our annual meeting. This consists of property owners in attendance plus any proxies of those not attending. Without the 467 we will not be able to conduct the annual meeting and the re-mailing will cost us about $2,500 of your dues. Please, if you can not attend don't forget to fill out the proxy that was included in your voting packet and be sure you do NOT put it in the ballot envelope. Only the ballot itself can be placed in that envelope with the black area that says "BALLOT."
