Ballot instructions

This is very important. Every year we have ballots turned in that we are not allowed to count due to some error in submission. Please read the instructions carefully before submitting your ballot. As a property owner you have a right to vote but in order to prove a clean election some procedures must be followed. Missing signatures, envelopes being torn open then taped shut, more than one ballot in the envelope (some with more than one property will get more ballots), and other problems persist.
