Something to remember

 I think our maintenance department is doing a great job on the roads again this year as they have in the past. These guys are up in the middle of the night getting the roads ready for the rest of us. Some question why not use more salt. Salt does little good when the surface is less than fifteen degrees so a lot of salt would be a waste and it is very expensive. 
 Another point. Since the lake has now frozen over the fertilizer producing geese have moved on. I guess there are two good things about cold. No geese and the ice fishermen will be safe again. Gotta' look at the bright side!
