Board term lengths

Initially it was believed all terms in the coming election were to be for three years. Our attorney has informed us we can set term lengths to avoid elections where there are too many seats opening at once. The current election will now have three terms of three years, one term of two years, and one term of one year. The highest vote totals will get the longest terms as was done in the past. This is a good thing. Next year there will be three seats up for election and that is manageable. Five is just too many at one time.
