We have worked on the Rules and Regulations update for many months. First the old ones went to the department heads to ferret out any rules they felt made no sense and suggest additions that are necessary. Our G.M. went over these with the department heads to see if the changes were logical. Next these were presented to the board of directors to go through page by page and make changes where necessary. This took a lot of time and meetings. Finally the document was sent to our attorney to be sure there were no conflicts with other documents as well as for his input. FINALLY we are ready to have the property owners take a look at the finished product and have their input before the final vote to adopt these. There will be some rules some P.O.s will not like and others will love. That is the way these things work. It is impossible to please everyone all the time. Please look at it as a whole for the benefit of all our residents. Click on the link below to peruse the new R&Rs and attend the meeting if possible.
