Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Army General David Rodriguez, commander of the U.S. Africa Command, talks about the military's contributions in efforts to contain the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Rodriguez said for the first time that a few dozen U.S. troops will have direct exposure to potential Ebola patients by running testing labs in Liberia.
