Thursday's board meeting

Tomorrow night will be a special board meeting, 6 p.m. at the rec center. This is really a formality to pass this fiscal year's budget and assessments for operating and reserves. These have been hashed out for months so they are pretty much set in stone.
Next comes the board workshop. This is strictly for board members and management to continue going through the Rules & Regulations to bring them up to date and dump the unnecessary ones. This is the third meeting for this purpose and probably one more to come. The audience is welcome to stay for the workshop but it is not for audience input. When the R&Rs are completed and before passage there will be a meeting of the property owners announced for their input on the draft. Any and all comments will be considered before putting together the final version so that is the time to bring forth any concerns.
