I heard this verse used in a sermon Sunday

Proverbs 11-11. This immediately resounded to me regarding the situation here in Candlewick. There are a few (and I will say it is a small, shrinking number) of those I call naysayers who in my opinion do not wish to see your community improve and progress. Their comments to others about our association serve only to lower perceptions of Candlewick outside our gates to the detriment of all, including themselves. Consider the bible verse below.
