Tues. evening Rules & Regulations meeting

The board and management spent about an hour and a half going over the re-written rules & regs. This was the second meeting for this purpose and more will be coming. We spent a lot of time arguing the fine points, beating every dead horse in sight. When these are done I think you will be pleased. We are trying not to over-regulate while preserving the way of life and atmosphere we all have come to love as our home.
 Once the By-Laws are passed these should be ready for passage. The CC&Rs, By-Laws, and Rules & Regs all have to tie together so it all comes in sequence.
 Not a lot of fun but a necessary job.
