The purpose of these meetings is to provide residents an opportunity to voice their opinions and questions to the board. Questions may not be answered at the meeting if research is necessary but this is your chance to "get it off your chest."
The budget hearing was last Saturday and to say the attendance was sparse would be an understatement. Over fifty chairs were set up for attendees and from my count with the exception of three board members attending there was a total of twelve in the audience. Considering a balanced budget and no dues increase there is really not a lot to be upset about.
I am seeing this at many meetings lately and I hope this means you are satisfied with the representation as well as the decisions being made. The board and management are both doing their best for you.
