This is ridiculous! (another rant)

 Your board tries to cut where we can and control expenses. One controllable is the AQUA bill for the bath house by the north beach. It was discussed at the finance commission meeting about the bill for the bath house being $282.00. By comparison the Outpost was about $70.00. Why???
  It was recommended faucets be installed that automatically turn off when not in use because kids were just leaving the water running. We found the truth is the flush valves are being propped open and stools plugged so they do not shut off and the bath house is flooded purposely.
  This, folks, is where some of your dues money goes. Two hundred bucks extra per month so vandals can ruin a convenience for the residents. What do we do? Close the darn thing down? Do you want to spend $2,500 or so per year of your money so vandals can have "fun"?
  I hope a reader has some idea of who is doing this and will turn them in so they can be prosecuted. There is no excuse for this behavior.
