How does this not bother everyone?

The issue of driver's licenses for illegals really bothers me. Those being issued the licenses have already committed a crime just by being in our country illegally. Many of our legislators have been elected on a law and order theme then this? How is this different than someone breaking into your home (the U.S. Is our home) then being caught and not even being asked to leave your home they entered illegally? To top it off they will give them a map so they can get around more easily. Logical? Not to me. The article I posted indicated 40% of fatality crashes in Illinois are from unlicensed drivers. How will a license make them drive better? It wont but that statistic will never be quoted after the law is signed and time has passed.
Just so some don't say I am singling out Latinos, this same law applies to anyone from Pakistan to Canada. Come on in, Illinois will give you a license.
If this isn't bad enough they shoved this through in the lame duck session but just didn't have enough time (actually no intestinal fortitude) to do anything about the bloated pension system that is bankrupting our state. That it seems will be months away according to reports even though a starter plan was ready for a vote. Can they spell “PRIORITY?”
