This must stop!

It seems each week our Public Safety report contains warnings to people about loose or barking dogs. A couple of days ago my Grand Daughter was running on Candlewick Drive passing the stop sign near Drury by the little inlet after the Rec Center when a German Shepard was on her heels barking and growling. The dog was running loose. Luckily it did not bite her but it scared her and followed her. I am not one to sue but I will tell you this, had she been harmed I would have personally sued for damages on her behalf and the owner would have faced the consequences. Our kids as well as adults deserve the right to run or walk freely without fear of dog attacks.
