Your Sunday Smile.. (an oldie but a goodie)

  A man is walking by a mental institution. There is a tall fence around the property but inside he hears people yelling 13, 13, 13. As he walks further there is a small hole in the fence so he looks through out of curiosity. A stick jams through the hole, poking him in the eye. The yelling starts again... 14, 14, 14.
