I don't think many realize all the work the Anglers actually do. They not only love to fish our lake but they have tournaments, teach others about fishing, and supply the manpower for projects like the one pictured.
These tree branches have a couple purposes. When the weighted branches sink they give cover for the smaller fish to avoid the predators but they also are great fishing spots because the large predators lurk around them waiting for bait fish to venture out plus as cover for the larger fish.
