Monday special board meeting

It was agreed a rental cap will be established at 15% of our total homes. This will not take effect until October 1, 2015 and no one currently renting out their home will lose that ability unless they do not rent it for six months. There will be a substantial fine for anyone not registering their rental home with the office. Complete details will be published in our newspaper when finalized and authorized by your Candlewick Attorney.
