Compromise Dam proposal

Below is the resolution I asked to have prepared as a compromise on the recreational use of the dam. I wanted the dam to completely remain off limits but I found at the April meeting I didn't have the votes when I made a motion to kill the proposal. This issue will be decided during our June meeting.  Ken
