Well, ol' Chuck won again (deservedly)

Chuck Hart was once again honored with the title "Volunteer of the Year." He has tirelessly worked to better our Community, spending endless hours with fishing tournaments, showing people our lake from his pontoon, being an advocate through his leadership in the Lake Management Commission, and in general showing he will step forward in any way needed to improve our environment.
Congratulations Chuck. You deserve the honor!
